We’re glad you’re here!

The content here is geared toward those who have experienced various types and intensities of trauma, religious abuse, etc. and would like support, encouragement, and direction to help resolve issues regarding troublesome thought paradigms, emotional reactions, and spirituality. Please note that we are not licensed doctors, counselors or therapists – so if you need counseling and therapy, by all means seek out those licensed professionals who can help.
We are committed to providing helpful information; spiritual and emotional insight and understanding; along with a place to learn, grow and to share with others.
“Conversations” is our moderated forum, where adults (18 or older) who are seeking help from Yehovah Elohim, Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ), can seek answers for coming out of their own personal darkness and into Light of His Truth.
The “Conversations” forum and the private Members Area contain resources designed to help you better understand the effects of trauma on you or a loved one. Since much of what is experienced in the present stems from negative past situations, we offer insight into understanding the brain, how it processes traumatic events and what that might look like in your present day experience and in connection to your body. We will uncover Biblical strategies and techniques that have been found to reduce, even relieve stress and anxiety, while addressing emotional, physical and spiritual influences. We also offer support through interactive Zoom meetings, online teachings, interviews, and more.
Home is the harbor of the soul, a warm and safe place.
No Drama, Just Trauma
…and that’s no joke! Having issues is normal and to be expected as trauma effects the body down to the cellular level. Everyone has a bad day once and awhile, and some of us have more bad days than others. We get that. We understand that there may be difficulty involved in regulating one’s emotions due to trauma. So, if that happens to be you, take a deep breath! That is NOT the drama we are talking about.
The drama that we are talking about are those things that are done to hurt others. Name calling, accusations, debating (instead of listening), filthy talk, and other harmful attitudes and behaviors. Simply said, drama, which includes verbal abuse of any kind, will not be tolerated.
“Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking, which are out of place,
but instead let there be thanksgiving.“
~ Ephesians 5:4 ~
Good Boundaries Make Safe Spaces
The “Conversations” forum is a moderated area of this website and designed to be a safe space. It is a private area for members only which contains scientific, Biblical, natural, and even some anecdotal remedials and techniques. You may just be surprised at what you find helpful.

For further clarification on this topic, please read the “Conversations” Forum Guidelines. This is REQUIRED READING for everyone that chooses to participate in our online forum. These guidelines are important as they define the boundaries of this forum. Boundaries are only protective when they are enforced. Therefore, we expect your best behavior, just as we would if you were sitting with us at our dining room table sharing in a cup of tea. If that doesn’t resonate with you, then perhaps you are not ready for this forum. Love and kindness are a crucial part of support and healing. Therefore, if you cannot be a non-hurtful contributor within the parameters of the “Conversations” forum and Members Area, please refrain from participating until you can.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.”
~ Galatians 5:23-24 ~
